Sourcing Auditor with 5-8 years of IT / BPO Sourcing Experience (India – Mumbai and Akola)
Responsibility includes supporting Sourcing Auditors and Associate Sourcing Auditors with strong analytical, data sorting, data gathering, research and presentation skills.
- Support audit engagements with analysis, data synthesis and presentations.
- Customization of frameworks, new audit / research services
- Support development of training modules, training collaterals and training presentations.
- Support authoring of white papers, point of views, articles, etc.
- Search relevant information on the web, synthesize the information, conduct required analysis and create audit reports or recommendation
- Contribute to audit projects – formulate audit plan and methodology; develop and track audit plan, create analysis plan & questionnaires, collect information, analyze data
- Enhance the standard audit framework based on engagement learning's, specific audit requirements and perceived gaps
- Identify alternative and other data sources and mechanisms to collect data more efficiently and effectively
- Manage research activities including coordination, providing feedback and reviewing deliverables
- Develop expertise and interact with outsourcing buyers, service providers, subject matter experts and others in the process of developing and delivering research services
- Support new business activities
- Continuously seek to identify new areas of growth and opportunity for Sourcing Auditors
ATTRIBUTES
Prior outsourcing and off shoring experience is a must
Strong skills in Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
A keen eye and attention to details is required
Demonstrates excellent communication skills including listening, written, oral, and presentation
skills Ability to work with limited supervision and against pressing deadlines
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field
- MBA or other advanced degree(s) desirable
- CSA, CPM, CISA, COP and COP-GOV are a big plus
Travel:
- 10% - 20% required
- Remote working wherever possible
